Health Specialist (EFZ) 50% - 80% for the Wetzikon Base

You are interested and motivated

To be independently on the move, but to appear as part of the treatment team
To work solution-oriented, based on the nursing process
To record nursing documentation electronically directly at the clients
To collaborate and exchange ideas in the interdisciplinary team with various professional groups
