For our enterprise customers, we are looking for a committed individual for the central and dynamic role of Supplier Administrator. In this role, you are responsible for operational procurement, administration, and financial reconciliation of external supplier services and, together with internal interfaces, ensure reliable service delivery.
Position Objective
The Supplier Administrator is a central interface function between Enterprise Scheduling, Service Sourcing, and external service providers (OEM / 3PP). The goal is to ensure contractually agreed response times, service levels, cost control, and compliance for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Service procurement: obtaining quotes & identifying cost-efficient providers
- Cost & contract management including billing for enterprise accounts
- Cost optimization (OEM/3PP) & margin improvement
- Ensuring compliance with policies, processes & internal controls
- Supplier management: building, maintaining & documenting
- Monitoring service quality, delivery capability & costs
- Interface & escalation management including collaboration with internal teams
Qualifications
- Degree/training (commercial, financial, or technical) & experience in technical purchasing/vendor management
- Strong negotiation and cost competence
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP/Smartsheet advantageous
- Knowledge of service contracts & billing desirable
- Independent, organized, pragmatic
- Confident demeanor & excellent communication (German/English, ideally French)
- Flexible, able to prioritize & willing to collaborate across locations/countries
