In this regard, we wish to welcome a QUALITY PROJECT MANAGER to complete our QHSE team.
. Ensure product compliance* across our different sites (headquarters, subsidiaries, outsourced platforms, partners)
. Ensure the handling of non-conformities, exemptions, and releases, according to current procedures
. Ensure document compliance, according to current procedures
. Identify and supervise performance indicators on their projects
. Ensure capitalization of feedback (REX) on their projects
. Conduct audits & controls at our internal & external partners, write reports, and supervise the resolution of issues
. Ensure technological and regulatory monitoring within their scope of activity
. Act as the "key contact" with stakeholders (internal & external) on projects under their responsibility
. Identify non-quality issues (product or process), document them, escalate and address them according to recommendations
. Take charge of the implementation and maintenance of Supplier Quality Assurance related to their projects, according to new strategic and organizational directions
. Master’s degree in quality or engineering with recognized quality training
. Minimum 5 years of experience as a quality project manager in the industry
. Excellent knowledge of the ISO normative framework (ISO9001 mandatory) and ISO17025 (an asset)
. Excellent knowledge of QMS tools and problem analysis & resolution tools (PDCA, QRQC, 8D…)
. English level B2
. Green Belt & Six Sigma training would be a great asset
. Knowledge in embedded energy sources
. Experience in the railway sector

SOFT SKILLS: Ability to decide and unite, communication and responsibility skills, excellent organization with a strong sense of deadlines and priorities
