Task

Your contribution at KPMG

• Actively participate in consulting activities for our clientele composed of banks, insurance companies, asset management firms, and other financial intermediaries in French-speaking Switzerland on complex and varied compliance topics such as anti-money laundering, compliance with international sanctions, and other prudential rules


• Support our clients in the application of regulations and in preventing risks of rule violations, fraud, money laundering, or other illegal and unethical behaviours


• Conduct various investigations, notably in matters of money laundering and banking compliance, and review client accounts, unusual transactions, or banking documents


• Review / rewrite internal processes and regulatory guidelines and improve internal control systems in this area


• Participate in regulatory monitoring

What makes you successful

• Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on law, finance or economics (HEC, HEG or equivalent)


• Having completed a first internship or possessing relevant initial experience


• Knowledge of the Swiss regulatory framework, notably regarding AML, CRS, MIFID II, LIMF, LSFin


• Fluent in French and English (minimum C1 level), German is a plus


• Proactive, results-oriented personality


• Enjoy working in a team, in a dynamic environment and under deadline pressure


• Residence in Switzerland required
