At our six locations in the Greater Bern area, resident-oriented and palliative care is at the center. tilia operates stationary long-term living areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological, and bariatric long-term care, as well as various outpatient services.

We offer a position as of December 1, 2025, or by arrangement at the tilia Ittigen location.
Your task
- Holistic and process-oriented care and support for our residents
- Main responsibility for care process and case management in the living area
- Promotion and support of caregivers regarding the care process
- Ensuring the proper use of RAI/RUG
- Implementation of the care process and participation in direct care
Our requirements
- Passion for long-term care and joy in shaping development processes
- Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / FH (DN II, AKP or SRK-recognized diploma)
- Further training RAI Supervisor 1 and 2 or willingness to complete this
- Solid experience in the application of RAI/RUG or willingness to acquire this knowledge
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Responsible, team-oriented, and proactive personality with a high quality mindset
