Job Description

You will join, within our Digital Transformation Division, a team of experts responsible for proposing IT solutions, monitoring their implementation, and developing recommendations based on Business requirements.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Be the interface between IT and the business
• Create functional and technical specifications
• Participate in the creation of project and product roadmaps
• Create prototypes and screen mockups
• Participate in application validations with the business
• Participate in defining test cases in collaboration with quality assurance and end users
• Assist and advise the business on functional and organizational aspects

Qualifications

Profile for this position:

• You have a Bac+5 degree (Engineering School, University or equivalent…) in computer science
• You have significant experience of at least 5 years as a Business Analyst
• You are a good communicator and have proven analytical and synthesis skills
• You value (and spend time on) monitoring trends

Skills/knowledge for this position :

• Knowledge of the social insurance sector is a plus
• Mastery of Business Analysis techniques (Babok)
• Basic software development knowledge
• Knowledge of languages/modeling: SQL, BPMN2.0, UML
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Figma is a plus
• Operational English is imperative
