Head of Nursing / Registered Nurse (70-100%)

Responsibilities

• You will take on the organisational, professional, personnel and administrative leadership of a nursing team
• Additionally, you will care for and support the guests individually and purposefully (approximately 70% in active nursing)
• Furthermore, you will be involved in the development and optimisation of nursing processes and participate in meetings
• You will also be the contact person for internal and external bodies
• The workload can, depending on preference, range between 80% and 100%

Requirements

• You have training as a qualified registered nurse (for foreign applications, an SRK recognition is necessary)
• You also bring professional experience in long-term care, although this is not mandatory
• Ideally, you already have leadership experience or are willing to undertake leadership training
• Are you also a sociable, well-organised and cooperative nursing management professional?
