To complete our team, we are looking for a:
Sociocultural Animator HES in Training
60% position starting September 1, 2026
Your mission:
- Identify the expectations of residents, detect needs, then propose suitable activities (collective and/or individual) taking into account the person's development.
- Participate in the development and layout of the quarterly journal "Le brochet animé"
- Participate in the administrative tasks of the service
Your profile:
- CFC of ASE or equivalent experience.
- Enrollment in the HES in social work, sociocultural animation orientation required, preferably in work-study training, with the possibility to change the track before final validation of enrollment.
- Creativity, organizational skills, and ability to propose new ideas.
- Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, adaptability.
