What is my role?

You operate state-of-the-art production plants and ensure that every move is precise. Your attention is focused on the ongoing processes. You immediately recognise when something is out of sync and intervene purposefully.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Operation and monitoring of modern production plants

• Conducting precise quality controls during the production process

• Comprehensive documentation of all relevant production data

• Ensuring plant availability through proactive maintenance

• Active collaboration in a well-coordinated team for smooth operations

What do I need to be successful?

• Ideally, you have experience in operating production plants. Industry knowledge in the food sector, pharmaceuticals, or similar regulated areas is a plus

• You work independently, are reliable, and remain flexible even in dynamic situations

• Shift work in a 3-/4-shift model is not an obstacle for you but part of an exciting production routine

• Cleanliness and hygiene are natural standards for you, not a tedious obligation

• Technical aptitude and manual skills are among your strengths
