Your Profile
- Completed technical or commercial basic training
- Very good knowledge of standards (especially DIN ISO 9001), as well as high methodological competence
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the quality department and/or logistics
- Proven knowledge in process management
- Quick comprehension, proactivity, resilience, and a communicative personality, as well as an exceptionally high level of interface competence
- Excellent language skills in German; good language skills in French, English, and Italian are an advantage
Your Tasks
- Quality assurance: Planning of internal and external certification audits
- Support and training of employees in the areas of quality and process management
- Active management of system-relevant documents for smooth logistics processes
- Coordination of internal deviation and change management
- Document management: Review and management of the required documents for certification
- Definition of procedures and key figures for quality assurance and measurement, further development of the KPI-based QM control system
- Conducting quality checks and evaluations
- Preparation of regular reports on quality and risks for management and quality officers
- Further development of a sustainable quality culture
- Participation in organizational development in all quality-relevant areas
- Support in the further development of the quality and document management system
