Responsibilities
You lead exciting sponsorship projects in the areas of family & youth, sport and culture - from planning to successful completion - and bear the budget responsibility.
You plan, organise and implement corporate and public events for the Coop sales region Bern, always keeping an eye on deadlines, costs and quality.
You develop creative sponsorship appearances together with internal and external partners and ensure their professional implementation on site.
You conduct contract negotiations with external stakeholders and maintain a trusting collaboration with our partners.
You are responsible for project documentation as well as project controlling and take on further administrative tasks related to your projects.

Requirements
You have a university of applied sciences degree or further training in the field of sponsorship or communication.
You bring professional experience in sponsorship and/or event management.
You work independently, organised and reliably and convince with your flexibility and pronounced organisational talent.
You are confident in negotiations and willing to accompany events in the evenings and at weekends.
