Your Tasks
- You take on your advisory and role model function within the nursing team for all nursing-relevant topics.
- You are consulted in complex patient situations in the department and advise patients, relatives, and the interprofessional team.
- You take over the professional introduction of new employees and conduct practical guidance in the department.
- You conduct nursing case discussions in the department.
- In collaboration with the nursing experts, you ensure the quality of care in the department.
- You support the nursing experts and the nursing development department in overarching projects and the updating of SOPs.
- You develop and conduct specialist inputs in the departments.
- You ensure interprofessional collaboration through appropriate channels.
- You work closely in the interprofessional team to ensure patient-centered care.
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience as a qualified nurse
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or currently studying, or willingness to do so
- Willingness to take responsibility in the area of nursing quality in the department
- Professional appearance and enthusiasm for further developing the specialist fields in an interprofessional team
