What to expect
You are involved in the realization of architecturally demanding construction projects and contribute to the successful implementation of diverse uses with the following tasks:
- Preparation of tender and construction programs
- Preparation of specifications for private and public buildings
- Ensuring local construction management
- Quality, invoice, and cost control
- Management of the commissioning of objects
- Assistance with final billing
- Coordination of warranty work
What we expect from you
- Completed basic and specialized training in construction (certified construction manager HF or technician TS)
- Several years of professional experience in construction management and/or cost estimation is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for exciting projects and motivation to actively participate
- Networked and structured thinking, appropriate expression, teamwork, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
- Confident handling of MS Office, ideally also Messerli or REALVIEW knowledge schoch-reto
