Product Manager Sales Internal Service 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Professional order processing and preparation of quotations

• Responsible management of the machine warehouse including purchasing and scheduling

• Competent and service-oriented advice to our valued specialist retail partners

• Careful handling of complaints and warranty cases

• Operational purchasing of high-quality machines and accessories

• Precise calculation of machines as well as professional design of price lists

• Valuable support for our dedicated sales team

• Central interface between manufacturers and Agria Aefligen

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic technical training (car mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, small equipment mechanic or motorcycle mechanic) with a passion for technology

• Strong communication skills and a likeable, convincing personality

• Commercial training or experience in internal sales is an advantage

• High service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact

• Independent, structured working style with pronounced organisational talent

• Team spirit, quick comprehension and high resilience

• Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage

• Strong technical understanding and confident PC skills (MS Office, ideally ERP systems)

• Experience with technical products and their calculation is an advantage
