Deputy Head of Nursing Service / Quality Responsibility (80–100%)
Your job with us
- You work together with the Head of Nursing Service in a clear division of tasks and represent them during absences.
- You are responsible for quality management.
- You take on the professional and personnel leadership of one of our nursing teams.
- You work closely with our specialist areas (psycho-social care, wound expert, palliative care).
- You maintain and strengthen our network with general practitioners, hospitals, and care institutions.
- You actively shape and develop our Spitex organization.

What you bring
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF.
- Experience in quality management or willingness to complete QM training.
- An existing professional practice license is an advantage.
- Several years of professional experience in Spitex as well as leadership experience desired.
- Enjoy working with modern IT; knowledge of RAI-HC and Perigon is a plus.
- Independent, responsible, and team-oriented working style.
- A personality that radiates calmness in demanding situations and keeps an overview.
