We are seeking an engaged and organized individual for the Secretariat ZBPS. This role offers the opportunity to shape future educators' practical training.
Tasks
- Independently organize the ZBPS Secretariat as a hub between schools.
- Handle and triage inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Plan and coordinate internships in schools, adhering to legal guidelines.
Skills
- Commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent, with relevant experience.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and planning competencies, with flexibility.

You can look forward to the following tasks:
- Independent administrative organization of the ZBPS Sek I secretariat as a hub between schools and internal departments
- Professional processing or forwarding (triage) of inquiries
- Planning, coordination, and organization of internships in schools, complying with legal requirements
- Communicating and corresponding with internship teachers and lecturers
- Performing various secretarial tasks
- Ensuring substitution during vacation absences
This is how we envision your profile:
- Commercial basic training (commercial clerk EFZ) or equivalent training
- Professional experience and practical knowledge in a comparable activity
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Very good IT user skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Independent and precise working style, ability to work in a team
- Flexibility in working hours
- Good knowledge of the Swiss public school system is an advantage
