About the job
Director of the Building and Construction Division of the CPNE from 80% to 100%
- E-CPNE91
- The CPNE is the reference body for professional training offers in the canton of Neuchâtel. We offer training and support at various levels of professional education (initial training, higher education and continuing education).
As head of the Building and Construction Division (CPNE-BC), you play a key role in the evolution of the sector's professions and in the quality of the training pathways offered to future professionals.
As director, you ensure the smooth running of CPNE-BC training, in pedagogical, administrative, financial and regulatory terms. In this capacity, you maintain constant contact with students and their families as well as the teaching staff, and foster close relationships with professional circles, partners and professional training bodies at cantonal, intercantonal and federal levels. You monitor developments in the legal, didactic, technological framework and processes of building and construction professions. Depending on needs, you create new collaborations with other training institutions or organisations.
You ensure that the objectives retained in teaching comply with current federal and cantonal regulations. In this context, you efficiently define the planning and organisation of teaching and evaluate its quality while ensuring staff training.
Furthermore, you participate in defining objectives for the development of the division that meet the labour market needs in the building and construction sector. Finally, you collaborate in the development of the CPNE's quality, environmental and safety system.
Benefiting from tertiary-level education (ES or HES) in the field of building and construction, you also hold a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in administration and management of a training institution or are willing to undertake this training while working. You have proven experience in team leadership and organisation management, and know how to foster a stimulating working environment.
Deciding, planning, negotiating and advancing an organisation are among your strengths.
Your solid knowledge of building professions and professional training, as well as your mastery of the regional economic fabric, allow you to manage complex files autonomously. You demonstrate availability, promote team spirit and cultivate collaboration with internal and external partners.
You live in Switzerland in accordance with the legal requirements for public office holders.
