Task:
You take care of seriously ill people and their relatives with great sensitivity and a high sense of responsibility in the care system (three-shift system). You work closely and trustfully as a true team player in the interprofessional team. You gladly pass on your expertise and experience to our trainees. You actively support us in establishing new processes and structures for permanently optimal care and service quality.
Requirements:
Diploma as a nurse HF or a completed bachelor's degree in nursing FH Proven professional experience with an additional qualification in palliative care or willingness to acquire it. A noticeable identification with the guidelines of professional nursing and the perception of the nursing process as the core task of nursing action. The ability to build relationships characterized by empathy and attentiveness. A pronounced willingness to learn and perform (digital competence). The ability and willingness to cooperate in the interprofessional treatment team.
