Job Introduction
The M&A team, reporting to the Head of M&A within the CFO area, is responsible for group-wide M&A activities and investment management. As a part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of SIX by contributing to strategic M&A projects and supporting the management of our investments. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and make a tangible impact on the company’s growth.
This is a 6-month internship, starting in June (or beginning of July at the latest).

What You Will Do
• Assisting the SIX M&A team in ongoing transactions and strategic M&A initiatives
• Support on financial models & company valuations and conduct strategic analyses
• Carrying out research on market trends, industry development and potential target companies
• Helping on the management of complex M&A projects by ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders
• Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for internal decision-making bodies

What You Bring
• A university degree in economics, finance, or management (a technical or industrial engineering background with a strong finance interest is also welcome)
• Ideally, prior experience in M&A / investment banking or strategy consulting
• Strong MS Office skills (esp. Excel and Power Point)
• Solid planning and organizational abilities, combined with analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Fluency in English is a must, German and / or Spanish is a plus
