Your tasks

• You actively shape KIS operations: Together with experienced colleagues, you are responsible for the operation and further development of our clinical information system (Meierhofer KIS).

• You are close to clinical routine: You work closely with doctors, nursing, therapy, and administration and translate professional requirements into functional solutions.

• You think in processes: You analyse clinical workflows, optimise existing workflows, and support the digitalisation of processes.

• You keep an eye on integration: You manage standard interfaces (e.g. HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and work closely with IT, medical technology, and external partners.

• You accompany changes: You plan and test releases, extensions, and new modules together with the team – including training and implementation.

• You ensure stability: You support 2nd-level support, analyse incidents, and ensure reliable operation.

• You document comprehensibly: You maintain system, process, and interface documentation.

Your profile

• You have experience with clinical information systems, ideally with Meierhofer KIS or comparable solutions.

• You know hospital operations and understand medical, nursing, and administrative processes.

• You are familiar with Microsoft SQL databases and know how to create and adapt queries and evaluations.

• You have experience with standard interfaces (e.g. HL7, FHIR, DICOM) or a strong interest in deepening your knowledge in this area.

• You think solution-oriented, work in a structured way, and keep an overview even with complex requirements.

• You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly, and feel comfortable at the interface between IT and the specialist department.

• Very good German skills, English skills for manufacturer and interface topics are an advantage.
