You take overall responsibility for the safe and reliable operation of the water supply and lead the team of three employees both professionally and personally. In doing so, you coordinate maintenance, construction and renewal projects, ensure a high-performance infrastructure and ensure smooth organisational and administrative operation of the water supply.

⚒️ The following tools you bring with you:
- Well master with a federal certificate of competence or many years of experience in water supply with the willingness to complete further training
- Several years of professional experience in water supply or similar areas
- Structured, independent and flexible way of working
- Good IT skills (MS Office) and ideally experience with specialised software, especially control systems
- A valid driving licence category B
- Willingness for on-call duty and a response time of 30 minutes
