Immediate start (limited to 6 months)
«Zäme witercho» - At Zentrum Schlossmatt, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care centre specialises in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, as well as short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, our roof also houses a day centre, a daycare centre, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters. To strengthen our HR team, we are immediately seeking a committed individual who enjoys working with people and has organisational talent. The fixed-term position (6 months) offers you the opportunity to take on responsibility and actively participate in the recruitment process. In this role, you will accompany new employees from the first contact to a successful start while ensuring smooth processes in the background.Your tasks
- Creating and publishing job advertisements
- Coordinating and accompanying the entire application process, including conducting interviews
- Close collaboration with supervisors and employees
- Supporting applicants
- Organising and accompanying onboarding
- Independent handling of HR administration (onboarding, changes, contracts, certificates, applications, departures, etc.)
- Maintaining and updating personnel data and HR systems
- Contributing to the further development of HR processes and procedures
Your experience / strengths
- Commercial training, further education in HR is an advantage
- Experience in recruitment and HR administration is essential
- Enjoy working with people and have a good sense of situations
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- Good IT skills (MS Office); experience with Polypoint and Lobos is an advantage
- Discretion and sense of responsibility
