For our location in Brügg, we are looking for a motivated and committed individual as:
Commercial Specialist (m/f/d) 80% to 100%
Sales Back Office / Export & Import / Administration
During targeted onboarding, you will get to know the exciting and varied field of activity and will be responsible for and handle the tasks of the administration department within the team.
Your core tasks include
Order processing
- Co-responsibility for the entire order process: from processing the customer order to shipping the goods including the creation of the accounts receivable invoice.
- Co-responsibility and maintenance of the customer and supplier database
Export / Import
- Processing of shipping orders nationally / internationally
- Monitoring and support of customs clearance
- Responsibility for freight forwarders/couriers as well as maintaining relationships with the mentioned parties
Administrative tasks in the finance area
- Accounts payable: processing of accounts payable invoices in Abacus, co-responsibility for the control and approval process
- Accounts receivable: creation of accounts receivable invoices
General administrative tasks
- Telephone, written and personal contact (d/e) with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders
- Responsibility for ordering consumables and office supplies
- Assistance in creating and managing process descriptions
- Booking travel for employees
What we expect from you
- Completed commercial basic education EFZ (Profile E/M)
- Several years of professional experience in a similar all-round function, preferably in a technical company
- Possibly professional experience and/or further training in the area of export/customs clearance
- Solid knowledge and understanding of accounts payable
- Confident handling of MS Office products, ERP experience (Abacus is an advantage)
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, good English skills in spoken and written form
- Precise and efficient working style
- Ability to think across departments
- Enjoyment of international contacts (internal and external)
- Good manners with employees, customers and partners, even in hectic situations
- Independent, reliable and team-oriented personality
