Your Tasks
- You support specialists in day-to-day business matters such as rent adjustments and utility billings, as well as in the preparation of final statements and in dunning processes.
- You provide telephone advice to tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, and authorities and give information.
- You process terminations and repair orders and issue them.
- You check and post the creditors.
- You create tenant statements, record property condition reports, and are responsible for general data maintenance.
- You perform administrative tasks and handle tenant correspondence.
Your Profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (KV) or an equivalent qualification (e.g., construction draftsman).
- You have solid commercial work experience, preferably from our industry, and are willing to learn new things.
- Your native language is German, and ideally, you can communicate in other languages both orally and in writing.
- You possess high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management.
- You embody the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people.
- You have an affinity for technology and can apply new technologies.
- You possess self-learning competence and enjoy sharing your knowledge.
