Your Responsibilities (40% Management Tasks / 40-50% Qualified Nurse HF)

• You support the head of nursing in all operational, personnel, and administrative tasks
• Representation in meetings and committees during absence
• You plan the shifts of the staff for all three nursing stations and are the first point of contact for recruitment in the nursing field and station psychology
• You lead the B/P station (private station) professionally and personally in a triadic management
• Participation in committees and projects
• You are jointly responsible for a professional nursing process and ensure the quality of care on the station
• You work in day shifts and take on direct personal care work
• You accompany HF students during their internship on the station

Your Profile

• Nursing diploma in psychiatry and further training in management
• Several years of leadership experience
• Initiative, communicative, structured personality with joy and motivation to take on responsibility
• SVEB1 or willingness to complete further training
• Interest in economic aspects
• Very good organizational skills
• Team player
• You are interested in actively developing nursing
