Your Responsibilities (40% Management Tasks / 40-50% Qualified Nurse HF)
- You support the head of nursing in all operational, personnel, and administrative tasks
- Representation in meetings and committees during absence
- You plan the shifts of the staff for all three nursing stations and are the first point of contact for recruitment in the nursing field and station psychology
- You lead the B/P station (private station) professionally and personally in a triadic management
- Participation in committees and projects
- You are jointly responsible for a professional nursing process and ensure the quality of care on the station
- You work in day shifts and take on direct personal care work
- You accompany HF students during their internship on the station
Your Profile
- Nursing diploma in psychiatry and further training in management
- Several years of leadership experience
- Initiative, communicative, structured personality with joy and motivation to take on responsibility
- SVEB1 or willingness to complete further training
- Interest in economic aspects
- Very good organizational skills
- Team player
- You are interested in actively developing nursing
