About the job
What is my role?
Our client is looking for you as a specialist in practice development, quality & training. This is not an ordinary position! Here you leave the operational hustle and become the driving force behind outpatient care. Do you know Spitex from the inside? Then now is the moment to take your knowledge to a completely new level and really make a difference!
You are the problem solver par excellence: Complex questions about care services, processes and documentation land on your desk
You navigate confidently between worlds: As an interface to health insurers, you keep track of feedback, rejections and everything that collaboration entails
You put knowledge into motion: From conception to implementation, you organise training sessions, webinars and professional events that really make an impact
You create tools that work: Information sheets, templates and professional documents are created with your input
You shape the future: In exciting projects, you contribute your ideas and actively shape the development of outpatient care
The best part? You work in a small, dynamic team with extremely short decision-making paths. No endless coordination loops, no bureaucracy monsters, but direct, effective action. Your opinion counts here, and things really get done!
What do I need to be successful?
You are a qualified nurse HF or FH and have learned your craft in Spitex - this is absolutely essential! Without genuine Spitex experience, it unfortunately won’t work, because it is precisely this know-how that makes you so valuable in this role.
In addition, you bring:
Several years of practical experience in a Spitex organisation
Sound knowledge of Spitex processes
Genuine interest in quality development, education and everything that advances the sector
Enjoyment in sharing your knowledge and further developing yourself professionally
A desire for a position with a lot of personal responsibility and scope for design
The ability to communicate confidently in both German and French. As a national association, you operate in both language spheres
Flexibility in thinking and acting. You adapt quickly to new situations and find pragmatic solutions
An independent working style. You tackle tasks on your own initiative and reliably bring projects to completion
What are my benefits?
Our client offers you a real change of perspective. Away from operational hustle, towards a professional role with impact! You work in a small, close-knit team with very short decision-making paths, where your opinion counts and things are implemented quickly.
Specifically, you can expect:
A 40-hour week (60-80% workload) with flexible working hours. You can organise your working day as it suits you
Home office option for maximum flexibility in your daily life
A very versatile position with a lot of responsibility
The chance to actively shape the development of outpatient care and really make a difference
Direct practical relevance in everything you do
The opportunity to engage with exciting association topics and health policy issues
A modern workplace in Bern with a great location
What distinguishes the company?
Our client is a national association that, with around 500 members of private Spitex organisations, is the powerful voice of private outpatient care. What awaits you here: A small, highly motivated team with short decision-making paths instead of endless hierarchies. Genuine freedom to shape and an uncomplicated atmosphere where collaboration is lived on an equal footing. Your practical experience from Spitex is the golden foundation on which this role is built. Here you can finally achieve what you could only dream of in the operational hustle!
