This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and technically skilled individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our dynamic Retail Flow Business trading team, based either at our Headquarters in Zurich or our office in Frankfurt. In this role, you will play a key part in issuing and trading financial products across multiple asset classes on a state-of-the-art platform. You will work across the full value chain on front-to-back topics, including pricing, product life-cycle management, process optimization, and risk mitigation.

What you’ll do
- Monitor and manage risks arising from the issuance and trading of structured products
- Develop fluency in product dynamics, trading systems, and risk-taking processes
- Provide timely and competitive quotes to Sales and Structuring teams, ensuring market parameters are accurately maintained
- Review trade bookings and maintain book positions systematically
- Carry out key operational tasks to support the desk
- Ensure coverage of order taking and execution
- Support senior traders in their daily activities
- Contribute to the development of trading infrastructure, enhancing automation and scalability in collaboration with internal teams
- Collaborate closely with trading colleagues to exchange insights on risk, processes, flows, and strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments and affiliates
What you’ll need
- Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in financial markets and Leonteq’s product offering
- Ability to work independently, with accuracy, and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of options theory
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication skills, combined with a collaborative and positive mindset
- High motivation, precision, and a structured, methodical approach to work
- Knowledge of VBA or another programming language (preferably higher-level)
- Flexibility to cover European and US market hours when required
- Fluency in business English

- Relevant prior work experience
- Additional languages (German, French, or Italian)
