- Managing users and responsibility for access rights
- Active participation in exciting projects (release management, system optimisations, introduction of innovative products)
- 1st and 2nd level support
- Maintaining clean technical documentation
- Experience in a similar role as system administrator or IT supporter
- Broad knowledge of the Microsoft product range (server and clients)
- Very good knowledge of Windows and VMware
- Very good German and good English skills
