The analysis at PDGR was conducted in 2020 and repeated in 2024.Considering differences in qualification characteristics (e.g., education, years of employment, years of service) and job-related characteristics, a pay gap of 2.1% to the disadvantage of women was found in 2024. The pay structure survey (LSE) of the Federal Statistical Office (FSO) in 2023 showed an unexplained pay gap of 7.0% for the public sector and 7.8% for the Swiss overall economy.PDGR's 2.1% is well below the federal tolerance threshold of 5%.
