Intern Mechanical Engineering / Product Development (m/w/d)

Your role

Are you looking for a 6-month industrial internship starting in September 2025 to gain practical experience as an engineer? Are you skilled in developing prototypes and want to turn your ideas into a real product that can change lives? Then you’ve come to the right place!

The first series model is on the market, the next product is in the starting blocks and the wish list for customer-specific adaptations is long. You will support our team from the conception to the testing of prototypes, the creation of production documents and the development of customizations.

Your tasks

• You work directly on internal projects and also manage your own projects.

• You take responsibility for special designs for customer-specific adaptations.

• You face the technical challenges from development to customer approval and design, build and test prototypes for them.

• In collaboration with the team, production and manufacturing partners, you optimize assemblies and components.

• The creation of project-related documentation will also be part of your area of responsibility.

What you bring along

• • You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (or comparable training).

  • You enjoy mechanical basics and processes and have a good understanding of them.

  • You are familiar with CAD tools and can design great components for your projects in no time.

  • You have manual dexterity and like to tinker with the development of prototypes.

  • You are a dynamic, solution-oriented and independent personality, also enjoy working in a team and have good communication skills (German & English).

  • You are an all-rounder and like to think outside the box. If you are interested in interdisciplinary cooperation and exchange with the various teams in electronics, software and testing, then send us your documents!
