The Brühlgut Foundation accompanies and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 127 residential places, 302 work and employment places, and around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy center for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative daycare centers.

HOW?
As a Care / Health Professional you accompany and support the residents in their daily lives:
- You help shape the residents' leisure activities and assist with everyday tasks, such as household chores.
- You provide support, if necessary, with personal care.
- You promote the residents in their personal development and self-determination in all areas of social life.
- You are a point of contact and work interdisciplinary with internal foundation areas, relatives, legal representatives, doctors, and the extended social environment.
- You take over client documentation in RedLine.
You will also actively advance the foundation itself: You bring in your experience and expertise.
