Your tasks in detail
- Independent management of an exciting portfolio of residential properties
- Professional leadership of assistants or junior property managers
- Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
- Ensuring the process from tenant termination to re-letting of the properties
- Coordinating and implementing rental activities
- Inspecting the properties for their structural condition and organising maintenance work
- Preparing owner reports as well as control and condition reports
Your profile
- A commercial qualification with a real estate management certificate is mandatory
- Several to many years of professional experience in property management, ideally in residential properties
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing as well as advanced English skills are essential
- You are courageous, flexible, and set necessary priorities
- Even as a property professional, you gladly face every new challenge
