What We Offer
Flexible Working
We offer employee-friendly employment conditions and are committed to a balanced work-life balance. The compatibility of work and private life is important to us. Where tasks and functions allow, there are flexible working hours and the possibility to work up to 50% of the workload from home.
In addition to 25 days of holiday per year, SUISA gives all employees the days between Christmas and New Year off.
Social Benefits
Due to the high employer contribution to the pension fund, your salary deductions are significantly reduced, which means a higher net salary for you. SUISA covers up to two-thirds of the pension contributions. Employees have three pension fund plans to choose from.
SUISA fully covers daily sickness benefits and non-occupational accident insurance premiums.

SUISA is very well accessible by public transport. Our employees in Zurich also have access to a limited number of garage parking spaces at very favourable conditions. Those who do not claim a parking space are entitled to rail checks worth CHF 220 per year.
