Deputy Group Leader: Network Construction (all)

Do you want to contribute your experience in network construction and at the same time take on more responsibility? In this versatile role, you will ensure smooth processes and a safe as well as reliable network operation together with your team.

Your area of responsibility

• In your deputy leadership role, you take on technical and personnel responsibility for a motivated team of seven employees and strengthen collaboration
• From order acceptance to completion, you coordinate the deployments and ensure timely and high-quality implementation
• At the modern site, you plan personnel, materials and tools proactively and work with modern equipment
• On the construction sites, you keep an overview and consistently ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements
• You regularly perform on-call duty and resolve any faults that occur
• You also contribute your expertise in supporting and training our apprentices

What you bring with you

• You have completed a technical basic training, ideally in the field of network construction
• Initial leadership experience and enjoyment in supporting and developing employees distinguish you
• You have further training as a senior network technician or are motivated to complete it; training as a practical trainer is an advantage
• With your structured and responsible way of working, you keep an overview even with multiple tasks and use technical aids confidently
• You hold a driving licence for categories B and BE
• You communicate fluently in German and have good knowledge of French
