Do you want to contribute your experience in network construction and at the same time take on more responsibility? In this versatile role, you will ensure smooth processes and a safe as well as reliable network operation together with your team.
Your area of responsibility
- In your deputy leadership role, you take on technical and personnel responsibility for a motivated team of seven employees and strengthen collaboration
- From order acceptance to completion, you coordinate the deployments and ensure timely and high-quality implementation
- At the modern site, you plan personnel, materials and tools proactively and work with modern equipment
- On the construction sites, you keep an overview and consistently ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements
- You regularly perform on-call duty and resolve any faults that occur
- You also contribute your expertise in supporting and training our apprentices
What you bring with you
- You have completed a technical basic training, ideally in the field of network construction
- Initial leadership experience and enjoyment in supporting and developing employees distinguish you
- You have further training as a senior network technician or are motivated to complete it; training as a practical trainer is an advantage
- With your structured and responsible way of working, you keep an overview even with multiple tasks and use technical aids confidently
- You hold a driving licence for categories B and BE
- You communicate fluently in German and have good knowledge of French
