- Telephone advice for our (international) guests
- Ensuring telephone availability
- Providing expert information about the entire Grand Resort
- Supporting the F&B administration department
- Assisting the department with room reservations
- Ongoing maintenance and updating of the guest database
- Experience in a comparable position, preferably in the hotel industry, desirable
- Enjoyment of upscale hospitality and dealing with international guests
- Open and communicative personality
- High service orientation
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written (additional foreign languages are an advantage)
