Within our Medical Advisor Coordination service (CMC), insurance matters, entitlement to benefits, and client requests meet medical expertise: this is where decisions are made about what is possible and what is not. You maintain an overview even at a brisk pace, you know how to motivate your team with your dynamism, and you are not hesitant to work between Givisiez and Bern?
You know how to do it well
- You lead and develop your team of 7 people with passion.
- In collaboration with your team, you verify and clarify benefit obligations on medical, legal, and contractual levels.
- You ensure coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration with various specialised services.
- You organise the development of our work tools and processes with a long-term vision and clear quality and profitability requirements.
- You engage in interdisciplinary projects with initiative and commitment.
What characterises you
- A completed (para)medical training or basic commercial training with several years of professional experience in the field of health or social insurance benefits
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology is a prerequisite
- Solid experience in team management
- A personality with excellent communication skills, combined with a strong sense of responsibility and great reliability
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written, as well as very good knowledge of German. Knowledge of Italian would be an asset.
