Your Profile
- You have completed training as a construction manager, HF technician in building construction, or an equivalent qualification, or are currently in training
- Several years of construction management experience with diverse and demanding building projects
- Independent working style, assertiveness
Your Challenges
- Comprehensive management of demanding general contractor/subcontractor buildings up to turnkey handover
- Responsibility for on-site construction management
- Responsible for organizing the construction process and scheduling
- Support in the area of performance descriptions (specifications)
- As a contact person, you are available to external and internal customers, architects, specialist planners,
authorities, contractors, and craftsmen
