- You carry out standard-compliant work during expansions and conversions on the company premises.
- You independently perform repairs and ensure prompt troubleshooting.
- You remedy defects identified during periodic inspections.
- You supervise external specialists and coordinate their deployments.
- You regularly check the functionality of building services systems and ensure their flawless operation.
- You check the heating oil stock and place orders.
- You take meter readings and evaluate the data.
- You perform service and maintenance work on ventilation systems and ensure their smooth operation.
- You manage the control system and ensure all functions run optimally.
- You take care of the maintenance and upkeep of building services facilities.
- You carefully document all maintenance and repair work.
- You create and maintain technical documentation and ensure it is up to date.
- You ensure that all legal regulations and standards are complied with.
- You manage your own area in the Facility Management Tool and always keep an overview.
- You are willing to perform on-call and winter services to ensure operations.
- You are part of our team of about eight employees.
- You have completed a vocational apprenticeship EFZ in the field of building services, an apprenticeship as a facility maintenance specialist EFZ and/or further training as a janitor with a federal certificate of competence or as a maintenance specialist BP (federal certificate of competence).
- You already have professional experience in building maintenance, which would be an advantage.
- You have experience in organization and a good talent for it.
- You enjoy working with internal customers and stakeholders and understand how to consider their needs.
- You are willing to perform on-call duty in rotation (on-call duty 1 week every two months). Therefore, you live within a maximum of 30 minutes from the workplace.
- You are a team player, motivated, customer-oriented, and always work with safety awareness.
- You have a strong willingness to continuously expand your technical knowledge and are open to new things.
- You have good team and communication skills.
- You are characterized by a high level of social competence, flexibility, and self-organization.
- You have basic knowledge of Windows, Word, and Outlook.
- You have a confident verbal and written expression and always present yourself with good manners.
- You possess a category B driving license (car).

First Day of Work
On the first day, you will be onboarded in your new team and with other colleagues. You will set up your new workplace and get an overview of your upcoming tasks. You will also receive your individual introduction plan, which will help you find your way quickly.
