Nurse including vocational trainer, 50-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You ensure individual care and support, taking into account the needs of the residents
• You take on daily responsibility
• As a vocational trainer, you are responsible for the training of HF students as well as FAGE and AGS
• You provide learning support, educational reports, assessments and competency certificates
• You also assist with the recruitment of apprentices
• Furthermore, you document with Easydok and participate in the care needs assessment
• The workload can be chosen between 50% and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have training as a nurse HF / FH or equivalent (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required)
• A completed vocational trainer course is desirable for this role but can also be completed afterwards
• You also have great joy in working with learners
• Do you describe yourself as warm-hearted, empathetic and thoughtful?
