Your new role
In this varied role, you will take on diverse tasks within the Secretariat Schools for the School and Music Department. You competently support the department management, the school area managements, and the Secretariat Schools management in administrative, financial, and organisational matters. Your responsibilities include participating in budget processes, financial planning, and accounting, as well as managing the schools' stock accounting. Additionally, you are the contact person for first-level support and are responsible for invoicing the courses "German for Mothers and Fathers." With your organisational talent, you support the school area secretariat and ensure the professional planning and execution of events and occasions.
This position is for you if you
- have a commercial basic education EFZ, ideally supplemented with further training in business administration or finance.
- can demonstrate professional experience in the finance sector.
- are skilled in written expression and have good grammar knowledge.
- have proficient Office skills and are experienced with current communication channels.
- demonstrate a careful, reliable, and independent working style.
- consider yourself a loyal and service-oriented personality.
