Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Member of the Executive Board (m/f/d)Work location: Zurich

Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the financial management and control of the Swiss companies including finance, controlling, liquidity and budget planning
- Sparring partner of the CEO and the executive board in all financial and corporate strategic issues
- Active participation in shaping the corporate strategy, including financial evaluation of investments and new business models
- Ensuring meaningful management reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual reporting) for the board of directors, executive board and group
- Proactive analysis of results and deviation situations, identification of efficiency and optimization potentials as well as initiation of appropriate measures
- Responsibility for auditing, taxes, insurance as well as financial governance
- Line management of the IT organization (via Head IT) and further development of the IT and system landscape in line with the group strategy
Your profile
- Completed business studies (university/FH) with a focus on finance
- Several years of experience in a comparable CFO or senior finance function, ideally in the service or service environment
- Strong strategic, analytical and conceptual skills with entrepreneurial, networked thinking
- Solid expertise in financial planning, controlling, reporting, investment analysis as well as handling ERP systems
- Experienced leadership personality with clear result orientation and assertiveness, combined with high social competence
- Very good German and English skills as well as good French skills
- High willingness to perform, resilience and a confident appearance even under time and decision pressure
