– Active participation in shaping the daily routine
– Taking over nursing tasks as primary caregiver
We expect
– Completed training as an SRK nursing assistant or willingness to complete it
– Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage, but career changers are also welcome
– High social competence
– Flair in dealing with elderly people and people with dementia
– Decisiveness within the scope of nursing tasks
– Good German language skills
– Good IT user skills
