Who are we?
The Public Prosecutor's Office's main mission is to prosecute, in collaboration with the Cantonal Police, all criminal acts committed by adults. Prosecutors also judge by order the criminal proceedings they are seized of, except in cases of referral to the Court or recusal. Prosecutors also carry out tasks related to the accusation before the enforcement authority. The Public Prosecutor's Office of the canton of Fribourg currently includes 16 Prosecutors and about 70 collaborators.

Your missions
- Manage the Public Prosecutor's reception staff (training, directives, work processes, quality and quantity control, statistics, absences and other personnel matters)
- Manage and organise the reception work
- Act as the person responsible for managing the Tribuna database, by recording complaints and reports, updating computer data and training or supporting all Public Prosecutor's Office staff (establishing work processes)
- Manage flows related to counters, emails linked to the Public Prosecutor's central mailbox and telephone calls
- Control the execution of tasks related notably to mail (reception, distribution and sending)
- Serve as contact person for the Post Office, Fribourg Public Transport and other entities
Desired profile
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Ease in using MS environment IT tools (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.). Mastery of the Tribuna V3 business application is an asset
- Professional experience relevant to the position, ideally with several years of practice in the judicial field and experience in personnel management
- Strong organisational and autonomous abilities
- Stress resistance and ability to cope with a heavy workload
- Flexibility, sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) with good knowledge of German
