We are looking for an Industrialisation Engineer to support the transfer and optimisation of manufacturing processes. You will work closely with the Development, Production, and Quality teams to secure product launches and improve industrial performance.
Junior Industrialisation Engineer - Cosmetics (m/f/d)
Our client is a player in the cosmetics sector specialising in the development and manufacture of skincare products.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the following tasks.
- Coordinate industrialisation activities with the Development and Production teams.
- Ensure the reliability of manufacturing data and monitor initial productions.
- Manage validation and scheduling of productions via ERP tools.
- Update manufacturing procedures and handle corrective actions related to non-conformities.
- Organise and participate in industrial trials as well as scale-ups of new products.
- Contribute to risk analyses and continuous process improvement projects.
- Develop tools and methods to facilitate industrial transfer between different equipment.
- Support, train, and assist production teams on manufacturing processes.
- Ensure quality controls in production and make associated technical decisions.
- Monitor industrial equipment and conduct technological watch.
Candidate Profile
- Higher education in industrial processes, formulation, or production.
- Initial experience in industrialisation, pilot manufacturing, or cosmetics environment.
- Good command of English and office software tools.
- Rigour, resourcefulness, good organisational skills, and strong analytical abilities.
