Your Tasks
- Technical and commercial management of projects (from the offer phase to the handover to the
- client)
- Site management (material procurement as well as schedule and quality monitoring)
- Leading employees including employee discussions and assisting in recruitment
- Disposition of assembly groups
- Customer support, negotiation with suppliers, engineers, architects, and construction professionals
- Compliance with regulations, standards, guidelines, and rules
- Controlling of own projects
- Implementing, monitoring, and regularly informing about safety and health protection goals.
- Introducing new employees and external companies to safety and health protection matters
- Participation in representation events (e.g. inauguration ceremonies, trade fairs, customer events, etc.) also outside of regular working hours
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a heating or sanitary installer or building technology
- planner with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Further education with a professional certificate (federal FA) or the willingness to obtain it soon
- Further education to become a master or technician school is an advantage
- Motivating leadership qualities
- Independent working
- Assertiveness
- Customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
- Good manners
- Good MS Office skills
