The focus will be caring for two small children and supporting their routines and development through age-appropriate activities. Key responsibilities include:
Feeding (bottles and solids as appropriate), diaper changes, dressing, bathing and general care
Supporting sleep routines and nap schedules
Planning and leading play and developmental activities (sensory play, books, music, motor development)
Daily outdoor time and local outings (walks, parks, baby activities, play dates)
Keeping baby areas tidy and organised, and managing baby-related cleaning (bottles, highchair, baby laundry as needed)
Required profile:
- Proven experience in childcare, including with infants
- Reliable, experienced, trustworthy, dynamic, and flexible person
- Infant first aid training (or willingness to complete before start)
- Proven experience caring for babies under 1 year old with verifiable references
- Fluent English
- Easily verifiable childcare references: signed certificates, reference letters, or contactable referees
- Swiss nationality or valid work permit (declared employment)
