• You clarify payment orders by phone and directly with customers
• You perform versatile advisory activities in the area of fraud prevention and payment transactions
• You work cross-team in all payment transaction areas as needed
• You provide written and oral information to our financial coaches
• You work in an agile team with the goal of continuous improvement

• You are a team-oriented, flexible, and open personality combined with an exact way of working
• You actively question internal processes and help shape them
• You enjoy contact with our customers in German and French
• You have a native language of German or French with excellent knowledge of the other language (German or French)
• You have a commercial basic education or corresponding professional experience, preferably in the banking sector
