What you do
Create export documents using our ERP system
Export customs declarations
Billing of our customer orders
Booking shipments with the freight forwarder
Correspondence
Ordering packaging with instructions to the packaging department
What you bring
Business fluent German and English
Experience in the freight forwarding industry
Knowledge of letters of credit
Good comprehension and resilience
Keep a cool head during peak times
Independent working style
Open to new tasks
