Construction Project Manager for Execution Planning, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You lead and coordinate construction projects in all phases, according to SIA 102
• You take on planning coordination and ensure the flow of information with all involved parties
• You are also responsible for compliance with quality standards, deadlines, budget requirements and construction execution
• Building and maintaining customer relationships and professionally supporting the client also belong to your responsibilities
• Change order and amendment management, promoting junior staff and office organisation complete your range of tasks
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You are a construction professional with a basic education as an architectural draughtsman / building draughtsman or construction tradesperson (bricklayer / carpenter or similar)
• Additionally, you have trained and/or further educated yourself as an ETH / FH architect or HF technician in building construction
• Sound knowledge of Swiss construction law, standards and building regulations is important
• You also possess a high level of communication and leadership skills as well as problem-solving competencies
• Do you also describe yourself as cooperative, thoughtful and strong in planning?
