- Responsible for administration in absence management within BGM
- Processing and coordination of sickness and accident cases in cooperation with HR, managers, and insurance companies
- Creation, control, and follow-up of notifications to daily sickness and accident insurance companies
- Maintenance and management of personnel data, files, absences as well as relevant systems and documentation
- Appointment organisation, deadline monitoring, and administrative support in case management
- Support in prevention measures as well as topics related to occupational safety and health protection
- Participation in evaluations, statistics, and reporting in BGM
- Support in the optimisation and digitalisation of processes and workflows
- Participation in exciting health projects such as "BGM on Tour"
- General administrative and organisational tasks in the area of corporate health management
Your Profile
- Commercial employee with a federal diploma or a comparable qualification
- Ideally experience in absence management, case management, or insurance sector
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Discretion and careful handling of sensitive personal data
- Organisational talent and good prioritisation of tasks
- Interest in health topics, HR, and social insurance
- Good communication and coordination skills in interaction with employees, managers, HR, and insurance companies
- Resilience and professional handling of demanding situations
- Confident use of digital tools (Abacus, Sunet, …) and MS Office
- Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
